Welcome to EldoCardo.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EldoCardo website, products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products

EldoCardo specializes in collectible trading card game products including but not limited to:

Booster Packs
Booster Displays
Starter Decks
Gift Collections
Premium Collections
Accessories
Promotional Cards
Singles (where available)

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Product Images

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes.

Actual products may differ regarding:

packaging
print run
language
manufacturer revisions
promotional contents
logos

These differences do not constitute defects.

5. Product Condition

Trading card products are collectible products.

Minor manufacturer imperfections including but not limited to

print lines
centering differences
seal imperfections
wrapper folds
small packaging dents
factory scratches

are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and do not automatically qualify as defects.

6. Language Versions

Products are sold in the language stated on the respective product page.

Available product languages may include, but are not limited to:

English
Japanese
German
Simplified Chinese
Korean

Additional language versions may be offered from time to time.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying the product language before completing their purchase, as language versions cannot be exchanged or returned solely due to ordering the wrong language, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website apply at the time of purchase.

Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before order acceptance.

If a pricing error affects an already placed order, customers will be contacted before shipment.

8. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically create a binding sales contract.

Orders become accepted only after:

payment authorization
stock confirmation
order confirmation by EldoCardo

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where legally permitted.

9. Payment

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders remain unpaid until payment has been successfully processed.

Failed payments may result in cancellation.

10. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are reserved for future release.

Release dates are determined by manufacturers or distributors and may change without notice.

Customers acknowledge that delays are outside EldoCardo's control.

11. Supplier Allocation

Manufacturers occasionally reduce retailer allocations.

If this occurs, EldoCardo may:

reduce quantities
partially fulfill orders
cancel unavailable items

Customers will receive a refund for any unavailable products.

12. Combined Orders

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are generally shipped once all items become available.

Customers wishing to receive available items earlier may need to place separate orders or purchase additional shipping where offered.

13. Order Limits

To ensure fair distribution of highly anticipated products, EldoCardo may impose purchase limits on selected items.

Orders placed to circumvent purchase limits may be adjusted or cancelled.

14. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and the business, suspicious orders may be delayed, reviewed, verified or cancelled.

Additional identity verification may be requested before shipment.

15. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Intellectual Property

All original content including:

EldoCardo branding
logos
graphics
product descriptions
website design

belongs to EldoCardo unless otherwise stated.

All product names, trademarks and logos belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

interfere with website functionality
upload malicious software
misuse the ordering system
attempt unauthorized access
engage in fraudulent activities

18. Collector Disclaimer

Trading card products are collectibles.

Market prices may increase or decrease over time.

EldoCardo makes no guarantees regarding:

future value
investment performance
grading outcomes
card condition beyond the listed product description

Purchases should be made for collecting or personal enjoyment.

19. Manufacturer Changes

Manufacturers may change:

packaging
promotional cards
accessories
included items
product artwork

without prior notice.

Such changes are outside EldoCardo's control.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EldoCardo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

21. Force Majeure

EldoCardo shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

manufacturer delays
supplier shortages
transportation disruptions
customs delays
natural disasters
strikes
government actions
cyber incidents

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Changes to these Terms

EldoCardo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

The version published on the website applies from the date of publication.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws governing EldoCardo's business operations, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
